Weather Update #2

In an abundance of caution, the district office activated our Emergency Operations Center (EOC) at 10:55 AM today so that we could closely monitor the storm as it developed throughout the day and provide necessary resources and communication to our school sites. We would like to thank all of our staff, students, parents, and community for your cooperation today and attention to safety.  We expect to deactivate our EOC by 9:00 P.M. this evening. All of our students have been safely dismissed from school with the exception of those students involved in afterschool activities. Over the break our staff will be working hard to ensure that any damage caused by the rain and high winds is repaired before our students return to class on Monday, February 27, 2017. Again we sincerely thank you for your cooperation.
